We offer free delivery through TCS cash on delivery service for orders in Pakistan. For details see our Shipping Policy.

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 3 calendar days after delivery, as long as:

  • the products are unwashed and not used in any way
  • the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged);
  • the product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign

Product exchanges are possible after you receive the delivery.  To get another product color or size, you will have to place a new order on the Website. In such cases, the shipping charges will be paid by you. For details, please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Note that if you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to us when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. You will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed. For details, please see our Return and Exchange Policy

You are entitled to return products delivered to you if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within 3 days of receipt of goods, in the event your claim is justified.

 

Please allow two (2) weeks from the time we receive the returned goods (in the case of approved refunds of orders returned after delivery) or from the date of cancellation of your order (In the case of order cancellation before delivery).

 

You can choose to cancel or change your order before 2-7 hours of receipt of order confirmation. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 2-7 hours, we will go forward with shipment and the return policy will apply.

Yes, we ship internationally. We do not offer free delivery outside Pakistan. Shipments of more than 10 KG weight outside Pakistan will be transported through cargo. For details see our Shipping Policy.

 

We receive payments through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, EasyPaisa, Credit and Debit Cards, and Payoneer

Yes, our Payoneer Account accepts payments from International Credit Cards.

Yes, we charge sales tax on all of our items.
